QuickLaunchPages provides professional website design, development, and hosting services for businesses. We build, host, and maintain websites on behalf of our clients based on the information and content they provide.
Free Preview
We offer a free website preview at no obligation. The preview is for demonstration purposes only. You are not obligated to purchase any services after receiving a preview. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue the free preview offer at any time.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your business
- Ensure you have the right to use any content, logos, or images you provide to us
- Review and approve your website before launch
- Make timely payments according to your selected plan
- Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the content specific to your business (text, images you provided, etc.). QuickLaunchPages retains ownership of the underlying website code, templates, design systems, and proprietary tools used to build your site. We grant you a license to use the website for as long as your subscription is active.
Hosting & Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosted websites. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including server maintenance, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.
Payment & Cancellation
Subscription fees are billed according to the plan you select. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your website will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickLaunchPages shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
